I’m looking forward to another year at WPPI and my 5th annual Mentor Session. The shoot will be on Tuesday, Feburary 21th. It will be off the strip but transportation will be provided. More details for the session will come closer to WPPI.

Don’t let the baseball theme fool you… This shoot will be fashionable, grity, throw-back and fun! Think 20-30s New York or Chicago and Golden Era baseball.

USD Immaculata Ceremony and Estancia La Jolla Wedding – Ashley and Anthony: Part 1

Ashley and Anthony were one of my favorite couples last year. They were kind enough to participate in my Mentor Session in Las Vegas where we did a MAD MEN style shoot for their engagement session. Ashley’s dad was my baseball coach in collage at Azusa Pacific University so everything has come full circle.

The ceremony as held at the beautiful University of San Diego Immaculata and the reception at Estancia La Jolla Hotel and Spa. I loved everything about the style from the trolly transportation to Ashley’s amazing dress. The day ran smoothly with Emily Smiley and her team on site. Enjoy!

Pelican Hill Resort Wedding, Newport Coast, California – Nicole and Kevin

This is one of two weddings I photographed at Pelican Hill Resort during the last week of July. The LA All Stars had them dancing all night. Karaoke even broke out and lasted until 2AM. Coordination was handled by Jeannie Savage from About Details, Details.

Kentucky Bride Featured Wedding – Matt and Kelsey

I photographed Matt and Kelsey’s wedding last April on a private horse farm outside Lexington, Kentucky. Kelsey did an absolutely amazing job designing her wedding. The ultimate example of DIY! It was a pleasure for me to be a part of their special day.

Matt and Kelsey are also photographers and I met them a few years ago in Las Vegas when Kelsey signed Matt up for a surprise ”Mentor Session” with yours truly. We’ve been friends and colleagues ever since. Their wedding was featured in the current issue of Kentucky Bride Magazine which is one of the finest publications in our industry.

Pelican Hill Resort Wedding, Newport Coast – Michelle and Jack

I photographed Michelle and Jack’s wedding at Pelican Hill Resort in Newport Coast back in May. Traditionally Memorial Day weekend has always been a busy weekend for weddings. In the past I’ve had double, triple and even one year a quadruple wedding weekend. However, this year only one and could be more delighted than to spend it with Michelle and Jack.
