In August two friends of mine got married in New York and I was honored to photograph the wedding. The ceremony was held at a Catholic church and the reception was at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. The food and Palm House were really amazing! Shannon and Josh have been friends of mine since college and have lended me a couch or air-mattress everywhere they have lived; Lexington, Louisville, Manhattan and Brooklyn. It was awesome being a part of their special day.
They did a great job planning everything from the pizza and open bar for the welcome dinner to the stationary. They even had a Bluegrass Band at cocktail hour. Shannon is a designer so she did all the paper goods; Save the Dates, invites, programs, favors, name cards and etc.
