Courtney and Charles had one of the most unique weddings I’ve ever had the pleasure of photography! We had a blast with them that beautiful day in October. Courtney is a graphic designer and put a ton of thought, design and planning into her special. They did so much work themselves, Charles even built things to go with the decor including; games, trash cans, cotton candy posts and etc… Check out some of my favorites from the day and stay tuned for their day after session!

I am SO in love with everything about this wedding…the creativity, the details, the style, and especially how you captured it. In fact, I think it’s now my favorite wedding of all time!!

A beautifully done wedding. Keeping a theme while remaining classy. I love how it combined familiar elements with the wedding and a great way to tie in family fun.
Also, the graphic designs are amazing.

My daughter is planning on getting married in 2010 and we have been searching for ideas. The moment she showed me these pictures I knew we had found what we wanted to do. She said that the couple are graphic artists and did their own invites. I doubt I am as good as they are but I could definitely work something up. I would love to try and accomplish something similar to this. Not sure how to go about getting a ferris wheel and the other carnival items… but I will be doing some definite searching. Kudos on creating and pulling off by far the best wedding theme I have ever seen.

Can someone tell me the make and model of the bride’s dress? It’s very pretty! Also, where did they get those invitations?
February 1st, 2010 at 12:23 am
Not sure on the dress but the bride is a graphic designer and did the invites herself. The company is called Recherche Invitations.
