Saturday’s wedding was at the Athenaeum at Caltech University in Pasadena. It’s a beautiful location with great architecture and a certain “Old World” style. Leslie and Andrew have a great story on how they finally found each other. They attended Berkley and UCLA at the same time, they had several friends in common and their parents had even met. After the wedding I stopped at a small sushi place called Matsuri’s, it’s on Green and Wilson. I highly recommend it, it’s a small place. Very laid back and the chefs will make you anything upon request, awesome!

You can never go wrong with “Double Happiness!”

This was probably my favorite shot of the day. You can just see the anticipation of the ceremony.

I’ve just fallen off my chair!!! Can I buy you lunch? I have a group of photog chums who would love to meet you too. (We met with Dane Sanders when he was over last year and had a great time). If you would like to ‘check us out’ I can send you blog/web site details.
I’m going lay down in a darkened room to calm myself now. x

Hey Rodolfo,
Thanks! Caltech is a cool place to shoot but that was the first time I was at the Antheneum, it was very cool! There were lots of little areas to shoot and the architecture is amazing.
Thanks,

Awesome stuff Victor as usual!
I have a wedding at this venue later in the year, looks great!
I love the same shot you do. She seems like she can’t wait to get down the aisle.
I’m a new photographer joining my mom’s business and I found your blog. Thanks for the wonderful inspiration!
