After returning from China in November things got a bit hectic so here is a second post from my Hong Kong shoot.
My last day in Hong Kong was a little overcast and rainy but we fought through it and had a great shoot. It was very short after waiting out the rain and going all the way to Lantau to shoot with the Tian Tan Buddha which is the largest seated outdoor Buddha measuring 34 meters tall and weighing in at a whopping 250 tons! We also found some great photo opts at the Po Lin Monastery next door. Next we headed back to Kowloon to change dresses. We were running short on time, food, and light! We barely made it to the East Promenade to shoot the evening skyline. Despite the many challenges of fading light, people, ships, and did I mention people… The place was packed!
We have a monthly poker game in Orange County and it’s usually at Becker’s house but this time I hosted. A lot of the usuals were in play but a couple new faces as well. My luck wasn’t as good at my place I couldn’t follow up with back to back wins. I also got sandwiched between Joe and Becker from the git go! About half way through the game we took a break for the “White Elephant” gift exchange.
I had some good old hand made Graeter’s Ice Cream shipped in from Kentucky for the party! Yummy, 12 different flavors! I think Lauren, Sara, Gary, and Me tried them all, oops…
Garrett and Joy Nudd chose to post their 10 favorite Christmas cards from this year. The Sizemore card made the cut! They received over 200 cards, Wow! Their card was awesome too it’s featured below, CLICK HERE to check out the Nudd card top ten.

Yaas and Jason had a blast at their wedding! We had a great time capturing everything too. We started in the salon on Sunset Boulevard with the girls dancing, Jason danced down the isle, they did a choreographed first dance, a rose petal dance, and we finished with a dance on stage! So the moral of the story is there was a lot of dancing! Sunny from White Lilac did another amazing job with designing the event. The table pieces were very unique and nothing like I had ever seen before. Then the hotel staff and the girls from Details, Details kept everything running smoothly with the 500+ guest count. Check it out…
Yesterday I shot a few fun pics for my friends over at Elysium Productions. We had to drive so far to get to the location the sun was almost gone, not really all this was in Irvine believe it or not! Check it out…
