Here are a few shots from after dinner tonight. Sammy is really getting big and his eye are still just as blue! Sammy will be 9 months tomorrow and is starting to stand on his own now. As we like to say around my house the smallest one has to be “up in the mix!” Sorry Chenin Evie was supporting my Angel hat for this one.

Here are a few engagement sessions I shot earlier this month up in Northern California, wine country. Three couples, three locations, and three differnet results.

You might recognize this couple from last week’s post. I just shot there engagement session in Washington D.C. a couple weeks ago. We had the most beautiful day in Long Beach on Saturday at the Reef. Ericka and Eric have the most amazing story of how they got together. They randomly met in the Atlanta airport both traveling to a wedding. One of which was posted poned until that weekend and moved from Floridia. (The one Eric was supposed to attend) Are you with me? Then they ran into each other again that night in Atlanta and again in DC. There are other facets of the story, which makes it unbelievable! Hopefully you will read about it in one of the bridal magazines…
Parker’s Light House, thanks Joe!
I can never get enough of the Queen Mary
Long Beach really has a great skyline at night
The grandmother of the maid of honor was shooting with the Poloroid. I tried to get her to photograph me but she just laughed…

Sorry for the delay, I had some monitor issues this week but I’m livin’ large now with the Apple 30″ HD Cinema Display!
What a beautiful day in Santa Monica and a fabulous event! Everyone did such an amazing job, check out some of the shots below… It’s always great when you know more people at the wedding. On the grooms side it was almost the same lineup as another Steve’s wedding I shot in April. It’s cool when you can hang loose with the guys.

I have squeezed in a lot the past few days… I left on a red-eye at 10 PM on September 11th headed for Philadelphia and arrived at 6AM. I checked in to the hotel early and caught a couple more hours sleep. I had the most amazing breakfast sandwich from a street cart. It was turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on a Philly loaf as long as my arm for only $2.25! That afternoon I met up with my friend Dan and his wife Michelle to shoot “A Day in the Life” of Hulk their vizsla. Those are the famous step from “Rocky” as well…

I went to Washington D.C. on Wednesday on the train. I love traveling on the East coast! When I got into the capital city my first stop was Ben’s Chili Bowl for a chilidog, fries and a huge sweat tea, awesome! Ben’s is a landmark in DC. Then I thought I would walk off some of my lunch so I visited four museums in about three hours. I love that they are all free in DC. I stopped by the National Art Gallery, Smithsonian Air and Space, Natural Science, and Castle. I was waiting on Erika and Eric to shoot their engagement session. We had a blast even though we were threatened by rain…
On Wednesday night I got back into Philly and headed straight for a place called Pat’s, who claims to be the origanator of the “Philly Cheese Steak.” The line wasn’t as long as expected. I tried to order like a local but some how ordered two sandwiches and both different so I just ate them both!

I am a little behind on posting this week… Jenna and Robert’s wedding was last Saturday the 27th at the Ritz-Carlton in Dana Point and I will get a few of those shots up tomorrow. But for now here was their cool “Save the Date” which was inspired by where they grew-up, now living in New York City and their many travels together as a couple. Stay tuned for wedding images…
